Well into the planning of the event!

We’ve received some great donations from an event Sponsor for the crowd at the event. Huge shout out to Echelon Hobbies for their generous contributions.

Secondly, all the trophies are ready to disseminate to the appropriate persons come end of racing. Thank you Darcy Shaver!

Thirdly, TQ now gets a trophy and a gift card for Echelon Hobbies.

The 50/50 tickets are ready to go out as purchased.

Tickets for the NSX Raffle items are ready to go as purchased (Mini-Z Ready Set, car stand, transponder, springs, t-plates, front and rear rubber) – $20 each ticket. Thank you to Brad Halstead for putting this ready to race (just add batteries and charger) package together.

2 different layouts have been created, subject to space available will depend on which layout is used.

The plan is to build, vacuum, & steam clean the track and let it rest overnight unused till the morning of the event. The setup will be done in front of the drivers stand so all drivers will have an elevated view of the track. Lower level of the driver stand only allowed to be used. Upper level will be closed to use.

A table with laptop (timing system), printer and chair will be set up near the track to print out heat results for posting on bulletin board after each round. Thank you to Kingston RC Raceway for the use of the facility and use of all the things.

There will be no practice Friday night or Racing on Saturday night.
